CERTIFICATION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PASSED!
At the beginning of 2019, Slavuta received an international FSC certificate® (Forest Stewardship Council®), we have been assigned the certificate code SGSCH-COC-011522 and the licence number FSC-C146821.
The main goal of our business is to produce high-quality, competitive, safe, environmentally friendly wood products that not only meet customer requirements, but are also made from certified sources. Therefore, we use only FSC-certified timber in our production, which comes from well-managed forests and responsible sources where socially and environmentally responsible forestry is conducted. This eliminates the possibility of contamination in our supply chain:
illegally harvested timber;
timber harvested in violation of traditional and civil rights;
timber harvested in forests where high conservation values are threatened by forest management;
timber harvested from areas converted to plantations or non-forest land;
wood from forests where genetically modified trees are grown;
timber harvested in violation of any of the key International Labour Organization (ILO) Conventions included in the ILO Declaration (1998) on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
